Agile Leader Development program

On your initial journey to a higher-performing organization and higher-performing teams, with Lean-Agile thinking, Agile mindset, practices, and processes, we will navigate you through the establishment of a harmonized Agile Leadership Team as the anchor and foundation to support the pillars of Agile values.  The overarching goal is to equip the Agile Leaders (i.e.; Leadership Team, Managers, Directors, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches) with both the understanding and practical skills of how best to lead, guide, and support at the portfolio, program, and/or team level, respectively.   

The Agile Leadership Training provides a foundation to support the future growth and development of the leadership and senior managers. It is by the 1:1 coaching that they will learn and gain practical skills to help guide and coach agile teams that they are working directly with.  We will collaborate with you to tailor an individualized program to best meet your needs and ensure successful outcomes.
