Agile started about 20 years ago with a primary focus at the team level, which has now expanded to cover the entire organization. Agile has a plethora of information around practices and techniques to support Agile teams, but limited in how to equip managers, directors, and leaders with both the understanding and practical skills of how best to lead, guide, and support an Agile organization.
Agile Transformers Certified Agile Leader Training covers the basic pillars of the transformation required by managers, directors, and leaders of the old paradigms to become leaders of the new world. The two most important pillars are: Servant Leadership and Motivational Coaching. We cover the techniques with clear examples, engaging exercises, and group cases. At the end of class, leaders will have a framework to understand and move through conflicting and puzzling situations, maximizing the chances of success for the company and for the transformation.
