Agile Transformers Certified Agile Leader Training covers the basic pillars of the transformation required by managers, directors, and leaders of the old paradigms to become leaders of the new world. The two most important pillars are: Servant Leadership and Motivational Coaching. We cover the techniques with clear examples, engaging exercises, and group cases. At the end of class, leaders will have a framework to understand and move through conflicting and puzzling situations, maximizing the chances of success for the company and for the transformation.

WHAT IS AN AGILE LEADER?
An Agile Leader is a manager who has developed a core understanding of Agile principals while incorporating the Agile framework of Scrum to better improve project results. Agile leaders must be supportive and focus on the needs of other team members by embodying Servant Leadership. By encouraging team involvement and support, a sense of community can be developed and sustained within a team. Stronger relationships are created between team members and other stakeholders, which leads to improved business performance and customer satisfaction.
The primary role of an Agile Leader is to create a culture within the organization that embraces collaboration, quick feedback from users and a strong focus on quality and continuous learning. It is the Agile Leader’s responsibility to collaborate with employees at every level of the organization to establish common values and goals. By doing so, this increases engagement, improves trust and builds stronger relationships throughout the organization.
